Lowest trade-in offers in town! Was told by Evan that the price offered on my trade in was the best I was going to be able to get from anyone. Evan also said he could only offer so l Was told by Evan that the price offered on my trade in was the best I was going to be able to get from anyone. Evan also said he could only offer so little because he was so familiar with the Hyundai brand that he knew my car wouldn't sell for much. I was able to get trade in offers at least 4000$ more than what was the final offer from Evan at Finch Hyundai. More

I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my first car. Sean was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. I walked away with a fantastic deal on a car I loved. " CUSTOMERS DO NOT ALWAYS COME FIRST AND CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT " i have purchased 4 brand new hyundai cars over the years and have assisted family members in buying a new hyundai from this dealership.. i have always dealer serviced my car since new and is still under warranty .. i had several issues with my car as soon as i drove it off the lot brand new .. i now have 69,000KM and the issues i have brought to there attention have never been resolved or taken care of .. i was asked to speak with the owner and was told he retired and was then past on to see Hass Hijazi - explained the issues and nothing was offered he repeated to me 3 times "customers are not always right and customers are not always first in his opinion" i was shocked to hear that from him saying it so proudly and standing by it and was also told to my face that if someone pisses him off he will punch them in the face .. IM SHOCKED!! EVERYONE SHOULD BE VERY AWEAR OF THESE POSSIBLE THREATS SHOULD THEY EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH HIM. i will be filing with the better business agency and contacting the CEO of hyundai and Hyundai Canada Directly. More
