It was as if I had an uncle who owned a dealership! How easy would buying a car be if a family member owned a dealership. You would never go anywhere else, why would you? Well, that is not the case for How easy would buying a car be if a family member owned a dealership. You would never go anywhere else, why would you? Well, that is not the case for me but after meeting Nick Palalas for the first time that was exactly how I was treated, like family. Nick is larger than life, I truly enjoyed talking with him and Habib Ahmed was terrific as well. Habib is a true gentleman who gets it done. The car was just what I was looking for. When he rolled up and tossed me the keys, it looked like a million bucks, I mean it was spotless. What a job they did, I couldn't have been happier. Everyone I spoke to at Erinwood Ford from the showroom floor to the finance office were outstanding. This is the second pre-owned car I have bought from Erinwood, both Fusions, and after 255,000 trouble free kms, my wife and I are loving our "new to us" 2017 Fusion. Excellent Experience My husband John and I visited Erinwood Ford Used Car Sales wanting to purchase a Ford Escape. The sales representative who greeted us was Habib Ahmed My husband John and I visited Erinwood Ford Used Car Sales wanting to purchase a Ford Escape. The sales representative who greeted us was Habib Ahmed was very courteous and pleasant and warmly welcomed us to the Dealership. We asked us what we here interested in buying and we told him the Ford Escape and what our budget was.. They just happened to be having a sale and had some vehicles that were priced in our budget. After choosing he immediately brought the vehicle to us to look over as well he explained all the details about the Escape that we should be aware of. We decided to buy and went inside to negotiate the price. Habib invited Nick Palalas to join us to complete the purchase, he also was very helpful courteous and pleasant during our negotiations and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.. We completed the purchase and bought the Ford Escape on May 31, 2019. When we came to pick up the Escape it was in immaculate condition inside and out far better than the last Dealership where I bought my previous car. I also want to mention that there was a problem with the tire pressure and when I called Habib he advised me to bring the vehicle in that same day. I went to the service department and while there I called Nick and he immediately told me that he would arrange to have it looked at. The service department did an excellent job and I did not have to wait long for them to find the problem. I totally trust this dealership and Habib and would highly recommend to my family and friends to visit if they are interested in buying a vehicle. Habib is a great sales representative and did not hesitate in helping me when I needed it. 5 stars for him. Totally satisfied and secure with my purchase and I know that if I need to have anything done Habib and the dealership are there for me. Sylvia Vautpir More
