Used Car Purchase Experience Went to Erinwood Ford (USED CARS) to inquire about an online ad I had seen for a 2017 Ford Mustang coupe. Didn’t book an appointment, just walked in. Went to Erinwood Ford (USED CARS) to inquire about an online ad I had seen for a 2017 Ford Mustang coupe. Didn’t book an appointment, just walked in. I was immediately greeted by Habib upon walking into the showroom. Even though I was there to look at a specific car, Habib took his time to ask me various questions in order to identify whether or not said vehicle would be suitable for me. While discussing the possibility of purchasing the car, Habib coordinated with Chris to provide me the exact details of the vehicle and information I would need to know after purchase. While inspecting the car, both Habib and Chris thoroughly explained the specifics of the car. There were no loose ends to tie up. Financing was a breeze! In addition, after purchasing the vehicle, I contacted Habib to inquire about a minor concern (which at that time was slightly bothersome). Habib immediately began investigation on his end and I received a call back from Chris in under an hour with a clear explanation. Both men were fantastic! I'll definitely be going back for future business. More

Satisfaction at Erinwood Ford I had previously bought a used car from Erinwood and recently returned as a repeat customer. I had originally planned on looking at a used Focus but I had previously bought a used car from Erinwood and recently returned as a repeat customer. I had originally planned on looking at a used Focus but in my discussion with the salesperson (Habib Ahmed) the attention then turned to an available 2015 Fusion. The price was slightly higher than I felt I could handle, even with a $1000 discount off the price for being a repeat customer. But Habib worked the numbers a bit more and the result was a mutually satisfactory price. The service was very good and the transaction went smoothly. I was especially impressed with Habib and his willingness to fully explain to me all of the functions and controls. Really, he spent almost a half hour making sure that I fully understood everything and several times asked me if there was anything else that I needed his help with. He added that in the event I had any further questions, he was just a phone call away. All in all, it was a good experience The dealership made sure that I received two "smart" keys for the car, as originally there had only been one with the vehicle (sometimes a given dealership will just give you a second "dumb" key). So when my wife & me decided to buy a second car for us after almost 7 years , first thing she asked me why dont we talk to habib? so when I called him, amazingly he recognized me rightaway and helped us to find the right vehicle and walked through the financing process and so on , it took almost like one month for us due to busy work schedules to choose the right vehicle and he never pushed us all this time , we did couple of test drives on diffrent vehicles , and bought a ford certified 2015 focus for the price that i never found in other dealershipsin this week. so we are so satisfied and happy ,So Habib, we will see you again when we gonna buy the next vehicle for our daughter soon.
