I pondered the purchase of my new Jeep for over 4 weeks and even when I visited the dealership unannounced, the team remembered my name and was quick to service all of my needs. When visiting Finch, I had the opportunity to be assisted by Dan, Zach, Greg and Josh....all of whom ROCKED! Thank you to the incredible Finch team for making my recent Jeep purchase a great one. One of a kind! Fantastic! I love this dealership! The staff here are real people and treat me as such as well! They are so friendly and personable, not to mention very helpful I love this dealership! They make you feel like part of the family, which they truly appear to have there :) Also the service is top notch and so efficient! They never try to "sell" me extra unecessary repairs and I'm always in & outta there in less than a hour for service appts. :) More

Allan was very informative and explained in detail about the vehicle we purchased. We also really appreciated all the added "stuff" that came with the vehicle ie-free oil change, year warrenty on tires, the deductable for fender benders oh and not to mention the trip to VEGAS :). Leaving the lot in our new vehicle left us feeling like we made the right decision, and we will definately recommend Allan to all our friends and family! Thank You! More

Upon driving the car and learning more about how it works, I realized that, not at all to my surprise, that EVERYTHING was in tip top shape:) My mistake. My apologies. 5 star service all around for the folks at FINCH!! I would recommend them VERY highly and would purchase from them again in a heart beat:) More

Simeon Finlay, was our super friendly and super easy to talk with sales person. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we test drove. Very knowledgeable about Chrysler overall. He made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We meant with Greg Proulx, he's the finance guy! He was amazing to deal with, very knowledgeable about Chrylser , he knows all their warranties inside & out. He knew which banks have the better interest rates. He was able to get us an amazing interest rate considering our financial history. He did some digging and found the previous owner of our car bought an extended 4 year warranty, it was transferable and we now have bumper to bumper coverage until 2018. What BONUS!!! I would definitely refer my family, friends, coworkers, neighbors. They are amazing to deal with, especially if you have/had passed credit issues. Thanks again Simeon & Greg! More

Al was very communicative and helpful during the delivery process and took the extra time to ensure that the van was spotless when we picked it up. Greg Proulx worked hard to get us good finance options, and went to bat with the lender to get the financier we wanted at a good rate. Al and Greg at Finch Dodge/Chrysler come highly recommended from the Allison Family! More
