Great Experience! We recently made our first "New" vehicle purchase in 20 years and after visiting all four Jeep Dealerships in London, we went back to our first stop w We recently made our first "New" vehicle purchase in 20 years and after visiting all four Jeep Dealerships in London, we went back to our first stop which was Finch Chrysler. Within a few minutes of walking in the dealership Sales Manager Zack Fares listened to exactly what we wanted in a new Jeep Wrangler and after looking at their inventory he found the perfect 4 door Wrangler Sport for us. Our Salesperson, John Gillan, showed us all the features of the Jeep and went over all dealer offered programs in a way that was easy to understand and without any sales pressure. John was also available to answer questions for us during off hours by text which was very much appreciated. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Greg Proulx, Finance Manager, who went over the different Extended Warranty Packages (again without any pressure) and was able to assist us in finding the perfect one for us. We are thrilled with our purchase and even more proud that we were able to purchase this vehicle not only in our community but in our immediate neighbourhood. No sales pitch, no pressure, just solid advice based on what I had told him I was looking for and why. All the staff were friendly and courteous and I really got the sense that they work hard to make their customers happy and establish a trusting rapport. John was an amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and offered us many discounts and answered everything we needed to know or wanted to know about the van. John was able to show us a van that was exactly what we were looking for and offered many discounts!!! I also found Greg to be very informative with the financing end of things and a pleasure to deal with. When I was unsure if I was making the right choice Zack the sales manager contacted me and went over many options and was very patient in dealing with my many questions. In the end John was 100% right in the van he showed us. He had listened to everything we told him we wanted in a van and he was right on point. He was patient and went through all our options and even kept out 2.5 year old busy while we made our decisions. Over all, an amazing experience and we dove out extremely happy. More
