The service at Family Hyundai is usually great. I went in on Saturday August 21, 2021 and got my first oil change on my 2021Hyundai Sonata Limited. Colin is always very pleasant to work with. Had to check fluids and oil before I drove away and everything was low including the oil! I wasn’t happy because I’m certain this was the case last year when my oil reservoir was empty and they had to everything was low including the oil! I wasn’t happy because I’m certain this was the case last year when my oil reservoir was empty and they had to replace the engine. Now my steering wheel is cracking in several places and Matt told me it’s not a warranty issue. I’ve owned cars for last 30+ years and my wheel has never EVER cracked on any of my cars. He said it would be $3000 to replace it…no thanks! Im going to contact Hyundai Corporate. More
