Salesperson Graham Townsend is terrific! First off I have to mention that although Erinwood Ford is a "Ford" dealership, it sells gently used cars of all different makes and models. In fact, we were looking to buy a Chrysler product and were absolutely thrilled to deal with Salesman Graham Townsend. Word of mouth (and honest reviews) are in my opinion the best way to "shop" for a car dealer. Graham Townsend was recommended to me by my Sister-In-Law whose husband had made a previous purchase with Graham. She was extremely happy with him and so we decided to contact him ourselves. Graham found us exactly the car we were looking for. A 2012 Chrysler 200 with less than 35,000 kilometers on it. He was able to negotiate a very reasonable price and to secure financing for us. Due to the fact that both myself and my husband work shift work, timing and dealer availability is often a problem for us. Not so with Graham working for us. He was able to accommodate our unique hours and we were able to pick up the car at our convenience. Graham is not only professional, he is also an extremely nice and genuine person. Not once did we feel pressured or as if he was giving us the hard sell. He answered every question we had promptly and completely. He offered complete transparency which is not only rare, but is also genuinely appreciated. This is not really a review of Erinwood Ford, it is a review of Salesman: Graham Townsend. The reason I say this is because if he were ever to work somewhere else, we would seek him out there when we are ready to make our next car purchase. I cannot stress strongly enough how terrific Graham is and I highly recommend giving him a call the next time you are looking to purchase a vehicle - no matter what brand or model you are looking for. When we picked up the vehicle it was spotlessly clean, both inside and out. Although the vehicle is technically three years old, it looks and drives like it just rolled off the assembly line. In closing, if you are looking for a professional, fast and reliable car salesman you cannot go wrong with Graham Townsend. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. More

I bought a brand new Ford Escape in August of 2013. While I have a couple of family members who work for dealerships.. My son had purchased a used Lincoln there a few years before, and spoke very highly of the staff there. I met Graham Townsend on my first visit, and probably drove him crazy.. I test drove the Escape several times within a day or two.. because I was also looking at an Equinox and a Tuscon. Graham was patient and kind, and took my million questions and several test drives all with patience and a sense of humour. I decided to buy the Escape. This was the first step in our relationship. The entire experience was fun, professional, positive and the eventual outcome was me being ecstatic with my decision. I have dropped in on a few occasions to have Graham help me out with a few of the technology issues... (since there is a TON of technology with the Sync features) He is always willing to help me out with a smile and good professional advice. My daughter will be graduating soon, and within a year or so, she will be looking for a brand new vehicle, and our first choice will be Erinwood Ford, and our sales guy will definitely be Graham!! I am always happy to recommend Erinwood to family and friends.. as well, in my day to day business life, I see dozens of people a day, and never hesitate to tell them to head to Erinwood if they are looking to purchase or lease a new/used vehicle. It was clearly the right choice for me.. Graham, you are the best!!!!!! More

I like that he provided as much detail as possible to ensure I made an informed decision. I even sent him an email with a change at 9:45pm and he surprised me with a prompt phone call! My aunt was looking for a new car. Erinwood Ford had been recommended to my dad by someone who has a friend that works there. My dad, aunt and I went down on a Thursday night with the intention of looking an recommended to my dad by someone who has a friend that works there. My dad, aunt and I went down on a Thursday night with the intention of looking and test driving a Ford Focus. By the end of the night my aunt had bought the car. We went back on the Monday night to pick it up and ended up looking for a car for my mom as well. We back a few days later and test drove some of the cars she liked. Again, we went with the intention to look and ended up buying her car the same night. I needed a car also so my dad and I went online to see some of the used cars they had and found a perfect one for me. We emailed them and they held it for us until we could go take a look at it. We went to look at it and liked what we saw. so I bought it. Needless to say, my family bought 3 cars in 2 weeks. The customer service was great there. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the second we walked through the doors we felt like family. We bought the 3 cars through Graham Townsend and was very helpful and very informative about everything. Any questions we had he answered honestly and made us feel comfortable. If you need anything, Graham is the guy to go to. More

Purchasing my new car was one of the easiest transactions I've had in a long time. Went in on a Thursday to test drive, made payment arrangements on Friday, picked up my new car on Saturday. Never around when you call and NOONE calls you back. Service department doesn't know what there doing! you bring in a car with a problem and they tell you nothing is wrong when it truly is. You need to go back there 10 times to have one thing fixed. NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
