From my initial contact with Dave Petit and Dan Dale, they met my needs and had the perfect vehicle lined up for me when I walked through the door just days later. Both Dave Penhale and Gord Hansen made the final deal and financing easy and it was obvious they were looking out for the customer first. On delivery day, both Dave and Dan went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met and setup the first service to make sure any concerns that I may have will be addressed. I will certainly refer any of my friends and family to come and see Dan Dale and his awesome staff! More

Alan was good at initiating contact with us shortly after arriving at the dealership and he is a good communicator and helpful with answering questions and dealing with the details of acquiring a vehicle. Alan and Gord were good at letting us understand our options and choices in setting up the purchase and letting us learn the best way to set up our warranty and service options. Alan followed us patiently through the entire process including helping us to learn all of the features of our van and even taught us how to use our cell phones with the blue tooth device in our van.
