Great experience...loving my Journey I contacted Finch Chrysler regarding a 2014 Journey I found on their website. I received a prompt response from Josh Parkinson with the information I contacted Finch Chrysler regarding a 2014 Journey I found on their website. I received a prompt response from Josh Parkinson with the information I was looking for. After emailing back and forth with Josh , my husband and I arranged to go to London ( we live in Windsor) to see the vehicle. The Journey was very comfortable and drove great. We were not ready to commit, however, and we received no pressure to do so. On the same day, we test drove another vehicle at a different dealer and were made to feel we should decide right then and there. Over lunch, we eliminated that vehicle and the others under consideration and headed back to Finch to purchase the Journey. Josh and Gord were friendly and helpful. They made the deal very easy. As we live out of town, we had to return a week later to pick up the vehicle. Josh was there to meet us and the vehicle was ready and waiting. It was the easiest , best car buying experience we have ever had. I would recommend Josh and Finch Chrysler to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thanks! Lori and John More

This vehicle looks like new and had all the bells and whistles...very low mileage. We had never purchased a truck like this before and had done a lot of research and looking. We met Fred Mago, who is such a nice man! This is a classy salesman, he's not pushy, very polite, he left us alone to chat and even told us to take the vehicle for a long drive and dinner and come back to see him, which we did. The trade in of our old vehicle went very well also. We liked being left alone to make our own decisions, particularly after Fred had provided all the answers to our questions. We never felt any pressure and the whole experience was not stressful at all. Fred spent a lot of time with us going over all the features and the warranties, we were shocked at what we were getting. We love the truck and its it going to be great pulling our new trailer with it. Thanks to Fred, Finch and all their staff for making this a very pleasant experience. More

I stopped in at Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because of a very impressive pickup they had on display. It was then that Josh Parkinson approached me on the lot. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I wanted, which I had not experienced from any other dealership up to that point. Josh was excellent at getting things moving without being pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated. Josh, along with the Finch team, were very professional and efficient in how they dealt with me. I had a lot of questions which were answered quickly, confidently, and in a friendly manner. The incentives at Finch make a new truck affordable. Also, they were extremely fair with my trade in value, and I had done my research! In the end, I traded my 2005 Ford F150 in for a 2014 Dodge Ram Sport and I couldn't be happier! I love my new truck and have already spread the word to friends and family about my very positive experience. More

I discussed with him the various options that I wanted on the vehicle. I was very specific about my wants, and Fred worked extremely hard to assist me, and accommodate me which I thought went well above and beyond in finding what I was looking for. I had done a lot of Internet research; however, Fred added to my information by being extremely detailed about the various options on the vehicle, and how things worked. Fred was extremely patient with me and I never once felt pressured. I would have to say this was my best car purchasing experience, (which I have purchased new BMW, Mercedes, Pontiac, Dodge), and for the first time I actually felt that I walked away with a great amount of knowledge and a super deal, with the exact Jeep I was looking for. By the end of our dealings, Fred feels more like a trusted brother than someone only wanting to sell me a vehicle. I would not hesitate to buy or recommend him for any vehicle purchases that you have. Fred is the reason I bought my new Jeep from this dealership. Thank you for having him onboard your team. Gord Hansen in finance was also a excellent and very cooperative. Gord assisted me with a great deal on my interest rate and financing.
