The initial response to my email inquiry from Joshulle was quick and courteous. I was then passed to sales associate Geordie, who made the entire buying process quick, painless, and even enjoyable. While searching for a new truck I found many sales people to be overly pushy, and only concerned with getting the deal done, sometimes even deceitful, Geordie was none of those. From the first email he sent me, with a personalized video, he was polite, friendly, and went over and above to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. My wife and I found him to be a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend ToyotaTown, and especially Geordie, to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota. More

We talked afterwards and I left to do more homehome. I was back ina couple of weeks. My homework involved trying other vehicles but nothing compared to the RAV4 for what it offered. As a salesman Geordie was most accommodating and willingly provided me with various pricing schemes until we determined one that fits my needs. Great service. The service plan, warranties were all laid out and explained in detail. Geordie saw to my needs and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions throughout the vehicle buying process. I had already viewed the car I wanted to test online and when I arrived at the dealership it was already to go I had a great experience with Geordie. Good experience overall I bought a new van and love it. There was a problem with the price match for a set of winter tires but the service manager made sure I left satisfied I bought a new van and love it.
