The ToyotaTown dealership was among the best out there and I really appreciated Geordie, the product advisor. He was friendly, well-informed, and especially patient, especially as I was looking at other cars at the time. Geordie found out my needs and recommended a good Corolla that fit my needs. He was up front and clear with the information and pricing of the car, which I really appreciated. He also went over the car's features step by step so that I could be comfortable in knowing how things worked. I really appreciated the time he gave me. In the end, I ended up buying the Corolla because it best fit my needs and Geordie, with his clarity and patience, really helped in sorting the information to help me make my final decision. After over a year of researching vehicles and visiting dealerships, a friend suggested that I contact Geordie at ToyotaTown. Geordie is everything that is described in his reviews. He listens carefully to his customers, is very patient, approachable, down to earth, not pushy and yes, he is very tall too!! Geordie is very knowledgeable about the vehicles but he wouldn't hesitate to ask one of the managers to be sure he was giving me the right answer to my many questions. Geordie carefully took the time to help choose the right vehicle for me and I never felt rushed into making a decision. His organizational skills are impressive. I visited the dealership twice before buying and each time, he had the vehicle waiting for me for a test drive and he was alway very respectful of my time. When I picked up the car, everything was ready and he carefully walked me through all of the paperwork to make sure that I was happy and then he spent more time making sure that I understood all of the wonderful features of my "Rav". I highly reccomend visiting Geordie especially if you are a woman shopping alone for a vehicle! This is my fourth Toyota vehicle but the first time that I have purchased one at ToyotaTown. This was the best experience by far. After agreeing to buy my Rav 4, I dreaded the meeting with the Financial Services Manager.
