It was nice to get my new truck here, but honestly I didn’t get my total satisfaction when it comes to the truck i choose on your website. I expected that i may get the same appearance that i choose ins didn’t get my total satisfaction when it comes to the truck i choose on your website. I expected that i may get the same appearance that i choose instead they give the different one. I was saying about the tailgate in X31 package you have a tailgate with step. Even my spouse was not happy with that because we expect the other one. You may say that is the small things but that is my choice that I didn’t get. Since we drive 3hrs to get there I don’t want to wait that’s why i dont have the choice just to drive that. More

Frank Romano went over and above to first find me the truck I wanted and make the purchasing experience easy and painless. Karen in the finance department was equally helpful and pleasant. The only complaint I have is the truck is incomplete it is missing the cab rock bars on the base of the cab. I will recommend any and everyone looking for GMC or Chev product to Frank for sure. More
