Owen the service tech was very polite and went out of his way to explain the details of my tire purchase. The service manager helped me use My points towards my bill which was so helpful. Service writer was rude and seemed very bothered when I questioned why my oil change was so much more. Long story short, she was charging wrong and corrected but that was after a major attitude.
