PURCHASE OF A 2016 BUICK LACROSS I purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave last year and while I was happy with the vehicle, I found it was too big for me i.e. developed hip bursitis getting i I purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave last year and while I was happy with the vehicle, I found it was too big for me i.e. developed hip bursitis getting in and out of the vehicle so I decided I wanted to go back to a vehicle like my DTS and Buick LaSabre that I previously owned - both of which I purchased at Kerr Cadillac now Budd's. We met Farid Bunni when we purchased the DTS and then we purchased two other used cars from him - one Buick and one Chev. Farid treated us professionally and was gracious to all of our needs whether it was a new or used vehicle and that is why we went back to Budd's for the 2016 Lacrosse. Everyone was so friendly and thorough and did not try to sell us something we did not want. I really love driving the Lacrosse and it is so much easier for me to get in and out of and all the bells are whistles are very interesting although I have not as yet learned all of them but will keep trying until I get them. We will be visiting Budds for oil changes, tune-ups, and tire changes in the future. More

Outstanding service on a used truck sale We purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Nevada edition 4x4 from this dealership on April 27, 2016. When we made the agreement with sales associate Farid B We purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Nevada edition 4x4 from this dealership on April 27, 2016. When we made the agreement with sales associate Farid Bunni he had it approved very quickly. Items we discussed were dealt with when we went to pick up our truck. I really didn't like 2 of the tires on this vehicle and I showed the service manager Shane Maginnis who said you are our customer and they will be changed. He had them ready for install 2 days later and even filled my gas tank as it is a 90 k trip each way and had the truck washed. I have purchased many vehicles at different dealerships and when there is a little problem they try to wiggle away with well it's yours now and don't follow through. Not so at BUDS - Outstanding from the minute we walked in till we drove away. All staff greeted us on every visit. Do you know how important it is for staff to acknowledge a client, too many people don't have time for other people, We felt like we were Royalty, I wish all the people who work at Buds a very Big Thank-you. In fact, Farid saved me $500 through a student program! Rob Powell was also on my side through the process. He was very understanding of my lack of understanding of what to do about getting my insurance dealt with for the car and provided me great advice. With his help I was able to get everything sorted out quickly and Farid helped out too! With their assistance I was able to find an insurance company that shaved $50/month off of what my first insurance company was asking for. Farid and Rob know what they're doing and genuinely care about their customers. If you go to Budd's Chevrolet, ask for Farid and Rob! More
