Outstanding Service From Start To Finish My wife and I visited Lakewood Chevrolet (with no intent on purchasing) to see what the new 2015 Silverado’s had to offer. Upon arrival we were greete My wife and I visited Lakewood Chevrolet (with no intent on purchasing) to see what the new 2015 Silverado’s had to offer. Upon arrival we were greeted by James Bell from the sales department. He was extremely nice and knew his facts. At no point did we feel overwhelmed or pushed by James. James did an amazing job showing us different options onsite and really customizing his searches to our interests. As it turns out we decided to buy a 2015 Silverado Rally Edition 2 that day. I got my vehicle on time and as promised. They took the time to go into the vehicle and explain all the features with me to ensure I had a full understanding. Erin from finance was extremely organized and was able to explain everything in full detail. Overall, I had an excellent experience dealing with James and Erin, and even had the pleasure to chat with Ryan Kelly and Dan Bass. My wife has already stated that her next vehicle will be purchased from Lakewood as that was the best experience we have had to date. I got my vehicle the next day as promised and they took the time to go into the vehicle and explain all the features with me. I did not get as much as I wanted for my trade, but you never do when you trade in. The finance girl Erin was very nice and explained things really well to me. Overall, I had an excellent experience dealing with both Josh and Erin. I would definitely consider purchasing there again. My only grievance is that I think they could have cut me some slack on the car mats that I wanted to purchase. When spending 30k on a vehicle, you would think they would either give you mats or heavily discount a set for you which did not happen. I ended up buying them elsewhere. Go see Josh though, he is a good person to deal with. More

Quick, Organized, Hassle Fee Buying Experience Purchased a new truck from Lakewood last week - what a terrific experience! We have purchased many new vehicles in the past, but this was by far the BEST experience we have had. When we arrived, we explained what we needed in a new truck, what we were trading, and what we wanted to spend. Corey Baker found the exact truck that matched our needs, took us for a test drive (while at the same time they had our trade in appraised). Corey was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the new truck, very friendly and not pushy at all. When we returned to the Lakewood after the test drive, Rick Patrie already had our new purchase price, trade in appraisal, and monthly payment options ready for us. Rick had all of their BEST prices from the start, no haggling, no hassles! We discussed the additional options we would require (ie. undercoating, side steps, etc.), which they were not pushy about at all. Within an hour of arriving, we had all the information we needed to make our decision. A few days later, we spoke to Erin Healy on the phone regarding financing - the call lasted less than 15 minutes: incredibly quick and easy. We returned to Lakewood 3 days later to pick up the truck; all options were properly installed without any issues. We met with Erin Healy to finalize all financing matters - we were in and out in 10 minutes - amazing! Erin discussed all additional information with us, and was not at all pushy to accept more than we required. She was so organized, all forms were ready to simply discuss and sign - we have never experienced that kind of organization before. Corey Baker then delivered the new truck to us, went through everything on the truck including our On Star set-up, and we were off. We spent less than 2 hours total on the purchase of this new truck. Incredibly amazing service, incredibly organized, no hassle, no haggling, great people! If you need to buy a vehicle, but don't want the usual hassles of buying a vehicle - GO TO LAKEWOOD! More
