They gave a us "space" to choose our vehicle in a pressure free environment. The finance department was super friendly and fast. Erin set everything up so we spent minimal time completing paper work. When we came back to pick up our vehicle a few days later it was nicely detailed inside and out. Josh spent a few hours with us going over the operation of the vehicle including the tech features and onstar. We felt everything was handled very well and our purchasing experience was top notch. Even after the purchase of my 2016 Chevy Equinox Rory was super helpful and quickly responded to the questions I had forgotten to ask because of all the excitement. From first talking with Vince 5 months ago to our purchase the beginning of May, he only responded to our requests, he wasn't on the phone to us asking how it was going every few weeks. Dan always made sure it was all going well and Erin in financing worked some magic. The other reason for 3 purchases is our experience with the service department. They were patient and attentive and managed to pleasantly surprised me with a great deal when we sat down to negotiate a price on my chosen truck. In fact I was debating between a Silverado and another brand of truck from a different dealer, leaning towards the other truck but the deal from Lakewood was just too good to pass up! Delivery was efficient and thorough. Erin in Finance was great to deal with! Overall a definite 5 stars experience! More

The right truck, right time I had been looking for a specific truck and Lakewood had it. I inquired about it on their website and got a phone call within 15 minutes. I'm from out of town and had to deal over phone and email. I must admit, they made it simple. Negotiating a price was easier than most places. I had been dealing with my local dealers but they couldn't get me the truck I wanted or at a price I was willing to pay. Sean Simon did both for me with less hassle. I made the drive to Edmonton, bought the truck and was back on the road in a couple of hours. They were aware of my situation and we're prepared to make it as quick and painless as possible. I was pleasantly impressed. My only hassle was when they registered my new truck for me, they did it to a new plate instead of the old one I had with me. Not a big deal, and they paid the registration for the mix up. All in all, it was the easiest truck I've purchased. I know everyone's experience is different, mine was positive. I would recommend to friends and family. More
