No Hassel Experience I arrived for a scheduled appointment to look at a new truck with Sean Simon. I was late and not even sure if the dealership was still going to be ope I arrived for a scheduled appointment to look at a new truck with Sean Simon. I was late and not even sure if the dealership was still going to be open. Once i arrived, Sean went out of his way to ensure I would get an opportunity to deal on the truck even though their was other interest in it. Their was no pressure to purchase it, he was very professional and let me make my own mind up not trying to influence my decision. It was a pleasure to deal with an dealership that had no hidden addenda. The price was what it was as discussed on the phone and when the papers were to be signed no hidden fees. Erin who looked after the paperwork was very organized, detailed and moved things along quite nicely so I wasn't stuck in the office for hours. This was my first time dealing with Lakewood Chevrolet and I would definitely recommend them to others. More

I did a ton of looking to see what our trade was valued at via dealership and selling privately and while looking to see what the trade was worth I got a call and was given a quote for the trade sight unseen as long as it had mileage I said and as long as it was as clean. When making our deal we were given a trade value extremely below of what we were already guaranteed, I told Dan & Josh and Dan went and got the $ that we were already guaranteed, and due to that we got our deal done All involved were great, from salesman, manager, finance manager to salesperson who handed vehicle over. Great staff all around. Everyone was friendly and great. I'd have recommended this dealership before due to our previous dealings but because of this new experience I'd recommend even more. More

Great people, great deals. I was referred to Lakewood Cheverolet by a friend who had recently purchased a new vehicle. I had stopped at three other Cheverolet dealerships in Edm I was referred to Lakewood Cheverolet by a friend who had recently purchased a new vehicle. I had stopped at three other Cheverolet dealerships in Edmonton on my way and was not approached by any sales people. Upon arrival at Lakewood Cheverolet, Breanne Prince immediately approached me in a very welcoming and friendly manner. I told her that I was interested in purchasing a 2017 Silverado. She showed me a few different trucks and explained to me the different options that were available in the different models. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the various models as well as the warranty aspects of the truck. I decided which model and colour very quickly as I had been looking online prior to my arrival at the dealership. The truck I wanted was not available anywhere in the city, it was at this point Breanne introduced me to Jim Bell. Jim found the truck I wanted in another town and had it brought to Edmonton for me the very next day! He even got my payments to fit perfectly into my budget! Erin Healy made the financing aspect of purchasing a new vehicle very clear and percise, as a first time buyer this was very pleasant. The team at Lakewood Cheverolet had me in the exact truck I wanted by Saturday afternoon, Breanne even went out of her way to have the truck registered so I could drive it home. I would highly recommend visiting Lakewood Cheverolet to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Great people, great deals and altogether a great atmosphere. More

Plain and simple I went to this dealer not expecting much. By the end of the day I went home with a new car(pre-owned). The car is certified which at peace of mind. Carmen was great she worked with me and made sure it's a one stop shop! I drove the car home that same day! Overall I give this guys the highest rating I ever gave a dealership. I will consider going to this dealer even if it takes 3hrs drive from calgary. More
