Do not go here unless you want to get taken advantage of. I will never do business with this dealership ever again, and I will tell everyone I know the same. Salespeople used deceptive trade practices on I will never do business with this dealership ever again, and I will tell everyone I know the same. Salespeople used deceptive trade practices on multiple occasions, financing was unprofessional and most certainly dishonest, and the post sales communication has been absolutely nonexistent. I was at the dealership for almost 5 hours to buy a used car. In that time the porters lost one of the keys, they forgot to put gas in it and I was provided zero paperwork at the time of my leaving the dealership. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received license plates or the inspection/registration sticker - and I have to call multiple times in order to get someone to respond to me. I emailed both Chris and Gabriel about my issues and neither chose to reply. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. More

DeVante was a great sales man. He made the car buying process smooth and easy. DeVante went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. After all if the paperwork was complete I went to the finance office and spoke with Jimmy. He also exceeded my expectations when it comes to the car buying experience. I can’t not recommend Big Star Hyundai and their team enough! More

I bought a 2018 ford fusion and on the way home the tire pressure light came on. I filled with air so no big deal. The next day my daughter pointed out that the seatbelt on the drivers side rear was detache pressure light came on. I filled with air so no big deal. The next day my daughter pointed out that the seatbelt on the drivers side rear was detached from the car. That took 2 weeks to get fixed. The first visit to fix my daughter waited in the dealership for 4 hours only to be told that they didn’t have the right part and that we could take it to ford and be reimbursed. I didn’t trust that so we waited another week and it was fixed at big star Hyundai. Now we have a check engine light on, I had a code tan for it and it points to a spark plug. I called and spoke to Arnuldo and he said we have had the car for a month so there’s nothing he can do. Not impressed with this dealership. More
