I recently had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Emilie in the service department at Kelowna Chevrolet. I booked my service online and when I arrived the system didn't show my appointment. Emilie corrected the problem immediately and found room in service for the work I needed done, that day! Fast friendly services, service writer was waiting when we drove in. We were offered a ride to wherever, but waited only an hour and it was done.
