After we weren't taken seriously at the Chrysler/Jeep dealership off of Mavis and 4 Our experience with Ehsan Payman was nothing short of exceptional. After we weren't taken seriously at the Chrysler/Jeep dealership off of Mavis and 401, we decided to check out the "Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram" dealership and we are so grateful we did. Ehsan was knowledgeable, thorough and patient, and he was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with all pertinent information about our vehicle without being pushy or assertive. He allowed us the necessary space we required to discuss our options payment wise, and he was easy to work with when it came to negotiating on a number we could all agree on. Overall, Ehsan made the entire process of purchasing a new car relatively easy; the process was quick, pain free, and actually fun! Most Importantly, I am VERY! thankful to Ehsan, not only he is one of the best persons in sales there but also the way he helped with almost everything so I could get the required documents ready in no time. He moved mountains and actually went out of the way to help me getting my first car in Canada. He has been helpful throughout even for getting better deals on Insurance (as it can be really stressful for a fresh Canadian Driver to get good Insurance). Ehsan was a great salesman. He listened to what we wanted, didn't push us into spending more money than we wanted to. He was direct and treated us like human beings, not a just someone to get money ou wanted, didn't push us into spending more money than we wanted to. Ehsan Payman set me up with my first car, I wasn’t sure how the process worked. He had patience and kept things simple, showed me my options and within the hour I had decided which one I wanted.
