When I came into Davis, I was skeptical as it has been a long time since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are no commission sales staff and no pressure tactics. My sales rep Kailey was fantastic, great sense of humor and extremely helpful. When it came time for the finance end, I was also really impressed with Carly who made the process enjoyable. I would very much recommend Kailey/ Carly and Davis GM anytime.

A wrong made right. I must commend Davis Chevrolet and salesman Ed Wilson for helping me through a difficult situation. I purchased a used 2017 Honda Ridgeline it was almost in new condition and was just what I was looking for. The purchase/sale and the vehicle were perfect no complaints what so ever. Weeks down the road with no rain I didn’t notice that the intermittent & rain sensing wipers did not work. The windshield had been replaced by Davis Chevrolet. Their subcontractor that was used to replace the windshield neglected to install a silicone pad for sensing the rain. Not being up with all the new tech in vehicles these days. I thought it might a have been a fault with the vehicle itself and contacted Honda for warranty. They informed me that it was missing the silicone sensor pad after the replacement of the windshield and that it would cost $1600 dollars for a new windshield and sensor to get things working. I contacted Davis Chevrolet and after a lot of research and going back and forth. We did determine that the sensor was missing but were able to get it fixed locally at Speedy Auto Glass for $36.00 installed a far cry from $1600.00 dollars that Honda wanted.
I would just like to say thanks to Ed Wilson for helping me out and making things right. Thank you sir!

We were just at the dealership yesterday, after going to multiple places before, I can say we have never received the service we got at Davis Chevrolet. Ed was fantastic to deal with, even told us what other cars we should look at! He got us a car which suits my sisters needs perfectly and still fits her budget! The whole team was very nice and attentive. Thank you everyone for listening to us and getting us a great deal! We will defiantly be coming back when we need another car!
"Comfortable, No Pressure Family Vehicle Purchase"
Dealing with Ed was an absolute pleasure. I went into Davis with a budget in mind, options that I needed in a family vehicle and several vehicle models in mind. Ed was extremely helpful and informative. His past job experience as a mechanic made his knowledge about what vehicle years to avoid when looking at used because of known mechanical potentials. He listened to my needs and never tried to suggest anything outside them. We narrowed it down go a pre-owned Vehicle and a new 2017 ultimately picking the Pre-Owned with no sales pressure to pick the higher priced new vehicle. We purchased an extended warranty and an interior package that were for our needs. Ed personally took the vehicle down to detailing and had my vehicle completed and ready to pick up. If it wasn't ready he even offered to come in on the Friday which was his day off just to make sure I had it for the weekend.
