Between myself, family, co-workers and friends, this is the 17th vehicle that I have bought or recommended to Doug at Erinwood Ford. From the first truck I bought in 2005, I have never once felt pressured or mistreated by Doug. My wife and I just purchased a 2023 F150 (from Doug of course), and for the first time in my history of buying vehicles from him, we had two very obvious door dings in our brand new truck. We noticed them right away, and Doug to no surprise stepped up to the plate once again. He scheduled us to return in a week, put us in a beautiful Ford Bronco as a loaner, and had the truck repainted, touched up, filled up with fuel and looking better than I could have imagined. I’ve driven Ford vehicles for 22 years, with all but my first two being bought from Doug. I now live two hours North of Mississauga, and I still will NOT buy a Ford off of anyone else.
