David and Chris were eager to get us the car we wanted for the price we wanted and they didn't stop till we were completely satisfied. They went above and beyond all expectations I had. He explained every question I had to above and beyond our expectations. He did everything he promised and I would recommend this dealership to anyone happily. All the work was arranged by Doug in there parts and service Center and was more than happy to fit all the scheduling to suit my schedule. If I ever want to trade in I will be coming back here. Walked in with a junker, walked out with a new car! I had been in the market for awhile, and found find anything I liked enough at other dealerships. But I walked into VW in Maple Ridge and was very welcomed. And not overwhelmed, like I was at other dealers. The sales staff was very friendly and super helpful. Making sure to find something within my budget, meeting all my driving needs. I was surprised, that the first I test drove had everything I wanted and I was sold. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but these guys took care of me. And I appreciate that! I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a new vehicle to check them out. :) More
