Very laid back dealership. I have now bought 3 cars through this dealership. Every time my fiancé and I go everyone there is super helpful and friendly and really go the extra m I have now bought 3 cars through this dealership. Every time my fiancé and I go everyone there is super helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile with their customer service. I've been to a lot of dealerships that just feel like a shark tank, but I've never felt that way here. Once you've been they never forget you! More

Excellent Service I had my Golf serviced today - excellent service as always. Work on the car began exactly at the appointment time and was completed at the time I was I had my Golf serviced today - excellent service as always. Work on the car began exactly at the appointment time and was completed at the time I was told it would be ready. All service completed was well explained and the upcoming required service was discussed. Doug was a great help and looked after my appointment very well. I highly recommend Maple Rdge VW. More

Service after the sale I bought a car last summer and was happy to see ?B? en as I came in for my oil change. Ben remembered me and even took my vehicle down when the servic I bought a car last summer and was happy to see ?B? en as I came in for my oil change. Ben remembered me and even took my vehicle down when the service was done and washed it him self! No up sell... just came gave me the key, shook my hand and I left. I am writing this review because I have had experiences before when you see your old salesperson they just try and sell you more... I appreciate the genuine nature of Ben. Thanks buddy! More

Service Department I bought a VW last year at this dealer and the experience was great. Since then, I have been to the Service department few times and each time my expe I bought a VW last year at this dealer and the experience was great. Since then, I have been to the Service department few times and each time my experience has been excellent; on time, efficient, very polite and helpful staff and I never had a surprise with the invoice. Taking an appointment for my car and going to a garage is normally not a thing I am looking for but every time I call Doug to set the appointment and talking to him when I get there is pleasant, friendly and I know I can trust him.
