Shady place with shady managers NEVER AGAIN!! This place is full of liars, deceiving their customers, trying to push them out the door with unreliable vehicles, just to geta sale. wh NEVER AGAIN!! For a first car purchase this is the dealership for you So I was looking for my first car on a budget and happened to run into Kyle the first time I stepped into the building; I told him what I was looking So I was looking for my first car on a budget and happened to run into Kyle the first time I stepped into the building; I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was, within two week he called me with a couple options. I saw a total of 5 cars all of which had varying prices, both new and used but all fit within my budget regardless of if it was through financing or cash. Once I picked a car the rest of the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were just as professional and more then happy to help. At the end of the day I got a Hyundai Alantra for a screaming deal. Long story short if your looking for a car; whether it be your first or your tenth, financed or cash, used or new I would one hundred percent recommend Maple Ridge Volkswagen, you will not be disappointed. More

Amazing experience once again! Maple ridge VW is the only dealership I will ever use. The staff is so friendly and thorough. Being covered I bought my second Jetta brand new from this dealership and was recommended some protection policies which I chose to take. Overall very satisfied I found all staff that I dealt with to be very friendly and helpful. In particular, my sales rep was very good and not at all pushy. My only complaint is that the detailing was incomplete and Lorentz was very accommodating when I noted some areas that needed looking at. He was quick to deal with my complaint. More

Thank you Doug DaCosta I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me immediately and got a nice young apprentice to remove the locked nuts and put on regular lug nuts at no charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent service. Surprised repairs Just wanted to let all the skeptics out there - know of the awesome service I received this day at the Maple Ridge VW dealership British Columbia Cana Just wanted to let all the skeptics out there - know of the awesome service I received this day at the Maple Ridge VW dealership British Columbia Canada. The service manager Doug DaCosta and his service tech's - found a flaw in the VWBug that my daughter drives to school and work that ended up saving me over $1200 cash. DaCosta and his repair technicians were super helpful and extremely knowledgeable when dealing with the unknown issue that my daughter had with her driver side window. They were extremely helpful and offered my daughter with tips to prevent any further issues. Her car came out completely washed and cleaned out including the regular tune up (that was needed) all with excellent tip top shape. Thanks so much to the VW Maple Ridge Service dept. More

Poor Customer Service I had an error reading "ACC and Front Assist Not Available". I booked an appointment at MR Volkswagen. I told them I had my windshield recently replac I had an error reading "ACC and Front Assist Not Available". I booked an appointment at MR Volkswagen. I told them I had my windshield recently replaced. They said it would have nothing to do with that. They later called me and said I'd have to book another appointment so they could send it out as they didn't have the technology to solve the issue. I needed a loaner because it would take some time. I booked 3 appointments after that and each time I got there, the loaner wasn't available. When I complained I was told they were thinking of not offering the loaners to customers anymore. I finally got a loaner over a month later, and after being without my car for several days, they called and said the auto glass company should have put a specialized VW windshield in for the front sensors to work. No one at the service centre knew about this technology. My complaint, though, is regarding the face-to-face service. Not customer centric by any means. When I did post a complaint onto the VW FB site, it went unacknowledged. I now have the specialized windshield and will need to take it to a different VW service centre for calibration. More

Not the most pleasant experience My experience with Maple Ridge dealership starts with the very day I bought a diesel 2012 Passat. After finalizing the contract with the usual back an My experience with Maple Ridge dealership starts with the very day I bought a diesel 2012 Passat. After finalizing the contract with the usual back and forward from me to the manager to "approve" a lower monthly payment, I was giving the car but no signed contract. They told me will take few days for that , so I was waiting 2 days without knowing if we have an agreement or not. When went back to ask about a signed contract I was just refused on the ground that there is no person available to sign it ... Eventually 3 days later I had the contract signed. Anyway that passed. Services: If you're lucky and your car has no issues, you're set, but if you have an issue for instance with the headlights as I had, they will assure you is fixed and you'll find out at 2AM in the night that you actually don't have lights at all.. This can happen to anyone I said, but turned out there will be more to come. Another instance I went because the car had a bad shacking while speeding. They pointed that it could be the alignment (I paid for it), then after not being solved they said it might be one of the bearings (replaced as well –not paid – under warranty) then it might be the tires. They were right last time, after I replaced the tires no shaking anymore. But could been that tires were not the case and I would paid in vain new tires. Let alone the time I spent on this issue.. Few years down the road my car start shaking again while speeding or braking. Went to them again and they replaced the drive-shaft (it was necessary) but when I took the car home it was squeaking and also had a noise like a piece of metal is touching the wheel. Went back second day, and they said there are some other mechanical parts to be replaced, same shacking no noise. Then the tires were at fault again. I replaced them but the shacking was still there.. then they replaced one bearing and everything went fine. When was fixed my white interior was all greasy from the mechanic hands … I couldn’t believe. I called in and they detailed for me . Finally I returned the car as a result of the diesel scandal. They took the car and they said the insurance will be canceled automatically. Well, after 3 weeks I find out the ICBC is charging me because the insurance was not canceled. I tried to speak with someone there but , as expected everyone was busy and cannot talk. This was my experience with VW in Maple Ridge. A thing is very clear: I will never own a VW again! More
