Simple Honest Service In working with many dealerships and sales individuals, it took a 30 second conversation at the Toronto Auto Show that convinced me Eddie was the righ In working with many dealerships and sales individuals, it took a 30 second conversation at the Toronto Auto Show that convinced me Eddie was the right individual to help me with my purchase of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. i gave him a target number, and it took him 30 minutes to structure the vehicle and sell a new car. This to me represents what buying a new car should be ... SIMPLE!!! Also, what impressed me most about Eddie was not the fact he worked as an individual, it was the team approach to solving the various needs that was different. The seamless hand off between sales, parts (Brandon) and service (Domenic) represents SevenView and their willingness to work with a customer. Working with the team, Eddie also took the time to chat with my 4 year old son which made the pick up process even easier. Hats off to Eddie & the team at SevenView... not only have they become the dealership where I purchase my new vehicle, but also the one that earned the business to service and maintain them. More

Service of vehicle was excellent! I brought my car in for service and a detailing. Dominic went out of his way to make sure my car was super clean and running perfectly. Domenic understands customer service Domenic should be commended for his commitment to customer service in the service department at SevenView. After buying a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had Domenic should be commended for his commitment to customer service in the service department at SevenView. After buying a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had a remote starter installed. Even though the part itself took a while to come in, when it did Domenic made sure that my first service experience had me walking away happy. He recognizes that everyone's time is precious these days and when the installation needed some extra time and to not inconvenience me he had me leave in a rental car and return the next day after work to pick-up my jeep. He explained the issue to me and made it clear that he did not want the job to be rushed and possibly have me returning with a problem. The next day when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, another apology and my key in his hand. I appreciated his honesty and concern for my service experience. This experience proved to me that Domenic knows how to do his job well and that he cares. Thanks Dom! Today when I walked in for my first oil change, he remembered my name from a month ago, he was very friendly and had the job completed in minimal time. It's nice to be treated in a service department as a valued customer, but also especially nice to be greeted and treated like you're a friend. You understand customer service and you clearly work hard to keep customers satisfied. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! -Peter More

5+++ I have a leased Dodge Grand Caravan from Seven View. After 2 years I have never had any problems with the car, but of course no car is perfect. In the morning my car didnt turn on so I called the dealership, and informed them of what had happened. Upon arrival at the dealership, Domenic Colalillo greeted us with the best possible manner. After the mechanics looked at the car he said that the car will need to stay at the dealership overnight and should be fixed within the next few days. Domenic had provided us with a car to use for the time being. The following morning Domenic had called me and said that our car was already fixed! The service was absolutely fantastic and very smooth. 5+++ More

Rims were peeling I noticed that the rims on my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 were starting to peel. I went to see Domenic in service and he told me that he would have to take I noticed that the rims on my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 were starting to peel. I went to see Domenic in service and he told me that he would have to take pictures of the rims and send them into Chrysler and also said he was not sure if Chrysler would cover them. A couple of weeks went by we had not heard anything and Domenic said he would send them another email and find out what was happening with the rims. He called me back and asked me to bring the car in as he had to take additional pictures to send to Chrysler. A week or so later he called me and said that the rims would be replaced by Chrysler and would let me know when the new rims were at Seven View so that I could bring car in to get them installed. Thanks to the hard work by Domenic and the staff at the service department (where the customer satisfaction is their priority) I now have new rims on my car and they look great with the new tires that were put on. Domenic Colalillo has been our service adviser for the last 11 years and we are 'completely' satisfied with his evaluation of our vehicle, the service he provides and the quality of workmanship. We have been to other service stations and have been disappointed. My husband and I trust him and are not concerned about 'dealer' pricing when it comes to service because Domenic is always fair. We no longer worry about our truck and will definitely buy our new vehicle at Seven View. Thank you. More
