Dominic was very curtious and exceptionally helpful in not only understanding what the issue was but taking steps to getting it addressed and keeping me updated with all developments and utlimately repairing the vehicle without any major replacement. Eliminating a huge stress, Dominic was also able to ensure that the vehicle was returned within the day in order to ensure that i can still enjoy the long weekend. Great communication, explained all details and delivered when promised. Terrific Customer service, and will only have vehicle serviced at Seven View in the future. More

Over the years he has never disappointed with his high level of service, whether sourcing a hard-to-find part or grabbing the keys to the courtesy shuttle to drive me back to the dealership himself so I could pick up my car after service. There are several other auto service centres and even another Chrysler dealership closer to my home and work, but I'll always drive the extra distance to have his service department take care of my Chrysler vehicles. More

Professional, Honesty and Great Service I drive a lot. Which means I need my vehicle on the road. I drive a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought my vehicle to Sevenview Chrysler convenient I drive a lot. Which means I need my vehicle on the road. I drive a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought my vehicle to Sevenview Chrysler conveniently located on hwy 7 just east of jane street in Vaughan. After driving the Jeep almost 90,000 k, my service adviser Domenic suggested I do many things that were required for a vehicle with that type of mileage. I took Domenic 's advice, and did a full service to bring the car back to factory working condition. The difference in the way the vehicle drives was impressive. They also left the car spotless, which was equally impressive. The work was explained to me and shown to me when I picked the vehicle up. While cleaning the car, they found money that I had forgotten was in my car. IT WAS ALL RETURNED BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!! This is the first time I brought my Jeep to Sevenview. I will have no issue in returning to have my vehicle serviced there again!!!! Thanks again Domenic!!!!!! More
