Also being in sales, I do realize that I can be more difficult than most others, but Diane was very gracious. It's no wonder she is Zender's top sales professional! All our questions were answered by her in a very professional way with great knowledge and without ever pushing it towards a sale, even after taking two different trucks for a test drive. For now, it has not come to a sale yet, but it will hopefully in the nearest future. We're looking forward then to meet again with Diane to conclude the deal. More

I have experienced the stereo-typical sleazy salesmen before and I really didn't want to experience this again. Buying a vehicle is suppose to be a fun and exciting time. Diane made it fun :-) I actually met Diane Carlyon when I was getting a service done at Zender (I was "browsing" the new vehicles while I waited) and she was great from the first time I met her. At that time however, I wasn't ready to buy a vehicle, and I told her that.... and she LISTENED to me! There was no pushiness and she genuinely wanted to help me whenever I did want to buy. Well I went back, spoke with Diana, when I was ready to buy and she was way more than accommodating. She worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I told her what I wanted and she found it. It took a little bit to find my vehicle but she found it for me! If you want to deal with a honest and hardworking salesperson, then deal with Diane :-) She's awesome! More

We wanted to shop at Zender Ford, there was no doubt about that. Both Diane and Brandon went above and beyond to ensure that we found the vehicle that was perfect for our family. Diane Carlyon is the most amazing and professional I first met Diane when I traded my ford edge in for a ford escape :). I have already sent two other customers to Diane, unfortunately one went to anot I first met Diane when I traded my ford edge in for a ford escape :). I have already sent two other customers to Diane, unfortunately one went to another car salesmen because she forgot Diane's name but still but a Ford Escape :). My son and Kayla recently purchase a flex and the experience they had was nothing but positive and helpful not only by Diane but also, Brandon and Vance. My daughter is going into see Diane today and hopefully she will be able to get out of the vehicle she's in and into a Ford. Diane Carlyon you are one amazing and beautiful person.
