All our questions were answered by her in a very professional way with great knowledge and without ever pushing it towards a sale, even after taking two different trucks for a test drive. First off, let me express that I have been mistreated in the past with other dealerships. I have experienced the stereo-typical sleazy salesmen before and I really didn't want to experience this again. Buying a vehicle is suppose to be a fun and exciting time. Diane made it fun :-) I actually met Diane Carlyon when I was getting a service done at Zender (I was "browsing" the new vehicles while I waited) and she was great from the first time I met her. At that time however, I wasn't ready to buy a vehicle, and I told her that.... and she LISTENED to me! There was no pushiness and she genuinely wanted to help me whenever I did want to buy. Well I went back, spoke with Diana, when I was ready to buy and she was way more than accommodating. She worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I told her what I wanted and she found it. It took a little bit to find my vehicle but she found it for me! If you want to deal with a honest and hardworking salesperson, then deal with Diane :-) She's awesome! More
