Annual service my service was scheduled for 10AM and would take an hour or more. I left the dealership at 11AM, car washed and all service completed. Best customer service due to personal advisor Maria, my personal BMW car service advisor takes my texts outside of business hours and gets my car in on short notice . It is because of her that I keep coming back to BMW. Even my old advisor Derek makes sure to stop by and say hello, when he sees me, remembering my name . He noted the service that was needed for my vehicle. I volunteer on Wednesday, so Derek promptly called an Uber for me to take me to the hospital for my volunteer day. Derek did text me and gave me his cell number and advised me when my vehicle was done. Derek also called Uber for my pick up and brought me to the dealership Great service and Derek was fantastic. Derrick was excellent I brought my 2018 BMW X6 in for its first oil change and service. The day before my appointment I noticed a nail/screw in my front tire. Flat tired replacement I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. The car was delivered to the d I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. The car was delivered to the dealership and the tire was replaced by 3:30 the following day. I met with Derek the service advisor the morning of the repair and had a loaner ready to go for the day. Even though 2 of my vehicles were purchased elsewhere the service I received was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Kyle Taber, Derek Thomas and Maria Lizardi are exceptional. It is because of Kyle Tabor that I continue to drive BMW and this year I bought a new 430 conv. from this dealership where Jack Hojnacki helped to make it a wonderful experience.
