Thorough and respectful I've recently arrived in Sarasota from Toronto with a newly purchased 230idemo. I'd some questions about braking and while the standard response was to schedule a diagnostic the service folks amiably looked a tthe car's systems, tested the brakes and delivered the car back to me with no charge for the hour. Who could ask for more. Terrific service. More

Waited too long to see a service advisor I had a 7:30am appointment and didn’t see a service advisor until 8:15am then another 30-40 minutes to get the Hertz car. Dropping a car off for a recall should not take over an hour when it was scheduled one week ago. More
