Having hit a large pothole, I had ToyotaTown service check our 2017 RAV4. No damage but I did have the alignment corrected. Particularly pleased with Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous. Dennis was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dennis further demonstrated initiative in walking to my chair to show me my dirty cabin filter. Furthermore he came out again to tell me that my vehicle was ready ... a gesture greatly appreciated as I have difficulty hearing in the large open seating area. The complementary car wash proved to be icing on the cake for my Rav-4's winter prep. service. More
