Dennis was very prompt and friendly when coming in for my tire change appointment. My daughter and I were both greeted with a smile and very well taken care of. I was late for my appointment and I was not told the time or I just didn't hear it when I got to the service department was told sorry you missed your 7:15 appt you will need to go to Canadian Tire or come b or I just didn't hear it when I got to the service department was told sorry you missed your 7:15 appt you will need to go to Canadian Tire or come back next week. Since next week was not an option we set for two weeks Saturday at 9:00. Dennis Dabous came in and said Cancel that we can take him in right now and that is real customer service.
