The reason I gave an average rating on quality of work is that there is some damage to the rear of my brand vehicle. I feel that this should have been noticed by someone at the dealership before handing it over to me. I unfortunately did not notice either until home. But I have been assured that the parts damaged will be replaced. And I feel based on my experience so far that I can trust Courtesy Ford. I would recommend this dealership, no problem. More

Nothing but problems from day one of owning my new vehicle Ford Lincoln is not courteous. They seems to not be able to return phone calls regarding complaints. I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle since day one. I have communicated several times with the dealer and service dept. and I am very disappointed. I bought a new car to drive and to have lots of great travel adventures; however with this vehicle I have really can't go very far. My disappointment arises from the fact that some cold mornings my car won't start and their doesn't seem to be a solution for my vehicle issues. I am so disappointed in this dealer because I looked at their dealer ratings prior to my purchase and it stated that they were the best dealer in London, Ontario. I think not! Avoid like the plague or buyer be wear! More

Horror Story 8 minutes ago Horror story. I have tried to speak with the owner and deal with my situation. The dealership made a huge mistake that caused electr 8 minutes ago Horror story. I have tried to speak with the owner and deal with my situation. The dealership made a huge mistake that caused electrical damage to my brand new 2018 escape. The dealership installed an additional remote started in a vehicle that already had Ford Pass and a remote starter. This is where all the problems began. I was misinformed at the point of sale and apparently, the sales associates were very confused as to which vehicles had sync 3 capabilities and Ford Pass. I purchased a Ford Accessory remote starter which was installed by the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Service department. I later found out that this remote starter should have never been installed in my vehicle and I now have electrical damage to the vehicle. The Ford Engineers have been contacted and they have not been able to come up with a solution to repair this damage to this date. I have had no response from the owner to my requests for a meeting or phone call. I personally have been very patient and willing to work with Courtesy Ford Lincoln to find a solution to my damaged vehicle. I have had this vehicle since January 5, 2018. I have had nothing but problems and I have been misinformed several times. Recently after an inspection from a different mechanic, I found out that I was driving around with a deployed airbag and a disconnected wire. I would have never known that I didn't have an airbag or possibly airbags. Considering that my vehicle had been in the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Shop several times and they were working in the knee bolster area where electrical wires were housed, I believe that it would have been their responsibility to recognize that my knee bolster airbag needed to be replaced. I would have been hurt very badly had I been in a car accident. If you value your sanity and don't want to be told to get used to a vehicle that they damaged and that they are sorry that this is happening to your car, keep driving by. Ford makes a good product but dealer errors are not covered by the manufacturer. Ford just sells the vehicles to the dealers and they have no say how a dealer runs their business. If your problem is manufacture related you are covered, but as soon as it is a dealer error there is nothing Ford of Canada can do for you. I love Ford's, but my nightmare continues and I am driving a damaged vehicle created by Courtesy Ford Lincoln. So not courteous. Mr. Eansor, I avoided posting anything online and I hoped that we could work this out in a peaceful manner. Apparently going public is the only way I will get a response from you. All you need to do is run my vin number to find out I am telling the truth. I fear for my safety driving this vehicle and I have truly lost faith in Courtesy Ford Lincoln. More
