Outstanding and fast service from Dee Manon and Matt I came to this dealership to book a test drive and I was so impressed with the service I bought our 2017 Mustang GT from them. I came to Courtesy For I came to this dealership to book a test drive and I was so impressed with the service I bought our 2017 Mustang GT from them. I came to Courtesy Ford to simply book a test drive. I had a very poor experience at the dealership I had been dealing with for 8 or 9 years was simply frustrated. When I came here all of the sales people were busy, however, Dee Manon introduced himself and immediately offered to help. I was going to book a test drive in a Mustang GT, but we were able to go immediately. After deciding that this car was the best of the muscle cars we had looked at (and always having wanted the Mustang) we decided that a used vehicle would be the best. It became apparent quickly that there were very few 2017's left in Ontario that had the features that I wanted. Dee worked the next day and called me a number of times only to find out that the cars we were looking at had been sold. He finally found a very low kilometre GT that was exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience from start to finish was fast and efficient. Matt Armstrong was also great to deal with in the financing department My fiance and I will be back for a winter vehicle in a few months. I thought customer service at this level was a thing of the past, but I was wrong. Thanks Dee and everybody else at Courtesy Ford who made this an outstanding experience. More
