He proceeded to activate the transaction in a very genial manner to best meet our desires, offering a fair deal with no game playing. That was really appreciated! Charles convinced us of the benefits of an extended warranty and offered us a discount which clinched the deal. We enjoyed the courtesy car offered when our new car was a a bit late due to a mechanical problem icon that appeared. They wanted to keep it to thoroughly inspect the car again.
