David Faithfull and the team at Island Ford hooked me up with a sweet ride! I'm absolutely in love with this car! I needed a good reliable safe fuel efficient used car(but also fun to drive😉) for commuting back and forth to work, so I went on the hunt and did a lot of research of different vehicles. I went to Island Ford first to check out what they had as I and my family have dealt with David several times in the past. And of course I wanted to keep my options open so I went to a few neighboring dealers to see what they had as well. And each time I kept getting pulled back to Island Ford because of their impeccable service. One dealer I went to the salesman didn't even introduce himself or asked me my name.. I felt like I was just a dollar sign. But David Faithfull treated me with respect and dignity even when I was undecided a few times whether I could go through with the purchase, he was very patient and understanding with my situation and was always right there waiting and ready to help. I can't say enough good things about Dave and the team at Island Ford as I truly felt like I was part of something more than just a dealership. They pride themselves on making you feel like you're part of a family, and that's exactly how I felt, not just a customer, but a friend. I will definitely continue to deal with them in the future. I also have to give a shout out to Ryan Provencal in finance, for great service as well! Thanks Dave and the team that Island Ford for yet again, another outstanding experience! Premium care warranty and service We have bought many vehicles from Dave and would recommend him and Island Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, I certainly wouldnt look anywhe We have bought many vehicles from Dave and would recommend him and Island Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, I certainly wouldnt look anywhere else to buy or do business with. We recently had a mechanical issue with our Flex and island ford was excellent, big shout out to Cathy for always keeping us informed, looking after our best interests, and making sure we were ok. The final cost of the claim would have been over $20,000 but thanks to the Premium Care that we purchased when we got the car, there was no cost to us! If anyone ever waivers on buying the extended care, give me a call, I wouldn’t think twice ever again. Big shout out to Edie for making sure we didn’t compromise our purchase. We live in Victoria and the drive up the Malahat is well worth it even in any construction season.
