Christine Wright was amazing to deal with, from the first phone call to meeting her in person; she was quick, to the point and had done much of the leg work before my wife, daughters and I showed up at the dealership. We test drove the Kia right after test driving the Hyundia and loved the Kia; from the first moment walking through the door to when we drove off the lot the experience was the best car buying one I have ever had and this the 6th new vehicle we have purchased. We cant wait to tell anyone what a great experience we had and what a great purchase we made; even Dave helped us find a set of floor mats before we left. We will be back for all of our services and can't wait till we get another Kia. More

Friendly easy going group of people. Cameron Adams met us at the door with a smile and a hello welcoming us to the store. We told him what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Cameron came across as very genuine and eager to meet our needs. We test drove a vehicle which was explained to us including the options that were on the vehicle. After returning to the dealership it was suggested we try a model with more seating because of some changes that have happened in our family recently. Great suggestion we went with the next model up and more seating. While we were looking at the vehicles we met Jeremy Allen who was friendly and easy going. Jeremy did a great job at working a deal for us that would work for our family. It was great to have Dave Bare stop and chat with us and then thank us for our purchase. Al Foster was very easy going and explained our purchase to us helping us decide what worked best for us. His humour as we were working through the process was great. The staff at Harris Kia all had smiles on their faces. They are a happy bunch and that comes out with the way they are with their customers and fellow employees. It is nice to see a business where the staff is happy with their jobs and working with each other. We love our 2016 Kia Sorento EX. Highly recommended. More

(He did find out the answers very quickly). He spent lots of time with us, had a great sense of humour, and made us feel relaxed, welcome, and "at home". We also dealt with Jeremy, Dave, and Al. Everyone was nice, even the receptionist. Everyone we talked to seemed to really enjoy working there. More

We never felt pressured and she was always available when questions arose. A very enjoyable experience considering all things involved with purchasing a vehicle. Christine was the catalyst to us buying at Harris KIA. Dave Bare was a special treat in the whole purchasing of our used car. He met us, after we had agreed to terms, explained how the dealership operated related to customer service. He provided extra service for us related to some painting we requested. He personally picked us up when our car was ready for pick-up from the dealership. Sincerity and professionalism was what Dave Bare represents to me when thinking of the team at Harris Kia. As a woman, I felt comfortable talking to Rani right off the bat because of her welcoming personality, and this definitely made the difference between us just looking as opposed to going in and buying (we bought a new 2015 Kia Soul). Although Rani was fairly new to Harris Kia, the team at Harris Kia were incredibly supportive of her. Everyone at Harris Kia demonstrated a very high level of customer care and professionalism. They patiently explained the various financing options and then found the perfect financial fit for us. If you’re looking for a friendly, easy to talk to sales person, we would definitely recommend Rani Wilson; she is awesome! More

As soon as I walked through the doors of Harris Kia I knew that my fears were groundless. I was greeted in a friendly manner by Natalie who asked if she could help me......from then on each and every person I came in contact with came across as interested in helping me. All were very courteous,knowledgable and not once did I feel that I was being led or pushed. This sales team could teach seminars on the true meaning of the word 'Service ' it doesn't stop in the sales room either. The car servicing Manager explained the future needs of my new car,and driving out I stopped by the Detailing section, and the Guys working there had smiles for this old lady too.
