Cameron Adams, Sales Representative Cameron gave us the perfect service, he accommodated us in every way. After Cameron had pointed out many of the features of the Kia Amanti 2009 Model. He provided us with additional information while accompanying us on our test drive. Cameron put us a ease and made us feel very comfortable during the transactions and made sure that we were introduced to the different members of the Kia team. Adopted by the Kia family Having worked my way thru several different major car dealerships over six months of searching for a new car, it was a pleasant surprise to find the f Having worked my way thru several different major car dealerships over six months of searching for a new car, it was a pleasant surprise to find the friendly, helpful and low key sales staff at Harris Kia. Unlike other dealerships, no one fussed when I wanted to drive several different models and styles of vehicles several times. Sales assistance from everyone was done with an easy, no pressure style that catered to my needs. Everyone, from the owner to the sales staff was very helpful and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into making decisions before I was comfortable doing so. In the beginning I was not really considering a Kia and now am so glad I dropped in just to see what was going on!! More

An unusual dealership experience In these highly competitive times with often very little time spent on the niceties of life in an automobile showroom, it was a refreshing change to r In these highly competitive times with often very little time spent on the niceties of life in an automobile showroom, it was a refreshing change to run into the gang at Harris Kia in Nanaimo, BC. I was on a bit of a mission improbable as I looked to trade my recent model pickup truck on a new SUV without spending any out of pocket money. I had been met with varying degrees of discouragement and disinterest in other showrooms and was therefore unprepared for the terrific response in the Kia camp. The staff were polite and interested in my quest, listened carefully as I explained what I was attempting to do, enthusiastically showed me the latest vehicle that met my stated requirements, and took my truck for a test drive. I was then introduced to the owner and sales manager and they undertook to examine the possibilities and get back to me. That was last night. This morning I phoned to tell them that, after some conversation at home, we have decided to keep our existing vehicle as we may buy a boat this spring and need a large tow vehicle. They were most gracious and understanding. I'll be back when the time comes to buy a new car. This seemed to be a far above average dealership with excellent front line staff. Highly recommended! Service above and beyond Hello, I hope this reaches the proper channel and recognition for the efficient and caring service I received is given to those who gave it to me. I Hello, I hope this reaches the proper channel and recognition for the efficient and caring service I received is given to those who gave it to me. I had to visit your location to have my window tint removed, a recall taken care of and an oil change done today. I had come in yesterday to inquire about my tint as my out of province inspection had failed because of it. I have very recently relocated to Nanaimo from London Ontario. The tint is legal in Ontario and was applied by the KIA dealership I purchased my 2015 Soul from ad a part of my package. I was distraught. This has been a huge move for me and it has been fraught with many difficult situations. While the small issue of removing tint shouldn't have been so upsetting it was a case, for myself, of a bit of the last straw. The anxiety of the financial stress of the whole move as well as some personal situations had built to a point to that I was quite overwhelmed. Your service staff, especially Mike, was amazing. Courteous, kind and efficient he assured me that your staff would take care of it. I left yesterday so relieved because of his kindness and caring attitude that it made the world of difference to me. Upon coming in today to have the tint removed another service employee (a woman, I'm sorry I don't know her name!) informed me I had a recall and when I asked after having an oil change done at the same time, they assured me it was no problem to have everything taken care of in the space of 2 hours. A lovely man (again, I'm so sorry but I don't remember his name either!) shuttled me to the mall where I spent my time taking care of errands and he was promptly there to pick me up 2 hours later. He was so kind, he listened to me talk about my family and was nothing but professional but at the same time sympathetic, which was such a blessing to me right now. My vehicle was ready for me when we arrived back at Harris KIA. The work was done perfectly and a nice clean car awaited me. I just really wanted you to know what fabulous staff you have at Harris KIA. Efficient and yet personable, kind, fair and informative, they have been a bright spot in a difficult time for me so I hope you will express my gratitude to them. I will not take my KIA anywhere else for any thing and I will tell anyone who will listen that they should do the same, regardless of their vehicles make. I don't doubt you'll take the time and effort necessary to express my comments and your own gratitude to them for a job well done and beyond. Thank you so very much. Tracy Fairweather More
