They made us feel like cared for and comfortable with the whole buying a car experience. Very friendly atmosphere, professional and courteous people who work there. They had warmed up the car for me to test drive before I got there. They even stayed after closing time to finish the paperwork without rushing us out the door and without mentioning that they had closed over 1/2 hour ago... Very impressed! I love the car... Julie was able to get me an extra deal with the financing. Only negative thing is that, we noticed a big dent on the driver's side of the rocker panel, the next morning. AutoGallery didn't point that out or say anything... maybe they didn't know it was there. That's okay though... we can somewhat fix it and hope that rust doesn't set into there later on. Thanks again Darryl and Julie! It was a true pleasure meeting you both! More

Upon visiting the dealership, I was greeted by a number of friendly employees, including Darryl, Nate, and Julie. They answered all my questions regarding the vehicle itself, as well as financing options. The answers provided were clear, informative, and competently answered. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. I was able to think about all of the information at my leisure and make a decision on my own terms. When I finalized the sale, Darryl made sure the vehicle was inspected top to bottom and that everything was in order. John went through all the financing paperwork with me and did so in a way that made the process easy to understand and as uncomplicated as possible. She said she felt no pressure and in fact that were all super helpful and knowledgeable. Darryl Koch was all of that. I did not feel any pressure to buy buy buy. He was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Did not rush me or play any games. Gave us the facts and I really appreciated that. The finance department was just as lovely. I will absolutely go back for my next vehicle purchase as well as recommend the Auto Gallery to my friends and family. More
