The tires were worn out not safe. supperiesd it pased through the shop. and work order saying engine air filte replace and i wasent make me wounder what else wasent changed on the truck.. i did buy the truck. it was good price and what i was looking for.. Ryan was exceptional taking the time to show my wife how all the features worked - really, really great service and attention to detail even days after the sale was completed when she wanted to learn more about the features and returned for a visit. Being in customer service myself, I did note a small detail you don't see often: even though other staff knew my wife and I were dealing with Michael or Ryan or Darren, they still came to us and asked if we needed a water or coffee - I love that.
