Wonderful and pleasant experience Unfortunately I had to go look for a vehicle due to my vehicle be written off from and accident.It was a Ford Edge I had purchased from Capital Ford i Unfortunately I had to go look for a vehicle due to my vehicle be written off from and accident.It was a Ford Edge I had purchased from Capital Ford in 2015. When I purchased this vehicle the sales staff was outstanding in their care and patience as well as thoroughness in getting me what I not only needed but wanted. The follow up service at this dealership was always professional and timely. It was logical that I returned for my next vehicle. I used their web assistance to book a test drive for the vehicle I selected from their on line inventory list. The sales staff again were phenomenal. Their were courteous, personable, helpful and patient. I ended up buying a new Ford Escape and as I saw a used Lincoln Town Car I had to buy that as well. It was in a way funny; but, they were great in helping get both vehicles into my life. Great Teams, Dealership and most importantly great people at Capital. Unfortunately, the car I wanted and bought had a steering issue and the next day I had to have it towed back. In the end, I walked away on the 11th satisfied with a newer version of the car and I could not be more satisfied. Throughout the experience, the sales team were very accommodating and understanding. It was frustrating but was worth it because I drove away in a 2016 Ford Focus with only 55km on it. Since then I have put on almost 3000 km (March 29) and I am extremely pleased with my purchase! More
