Great customer interaction On March 31, 2015 we took ownership of a 2013 Hyundai Genesis. We had intended to just test drive the as car as we had other test drives lined up. How On March 31, 2015 we took ownership of a 2013 Hyundai Genesis. We had intended to just test drive the as car as we had other test drives lined up. However because of the genuine interest shown by Danny and Ryan as well as the condition of the car we ended up making a deal. Unfortunately after driving the car home we noticed that it was leaking oil. Danny arranged to have the car in for service immediately . Even though the parts had to be ordered and I did not have the car for a few days, Mallory kept me updated as to the status and once we again drove the car home it has performed well. We expect to enjoy the Genesis for some years to come. More

I was met by a friendly man named Sean Dinner and we immediately sat down to talk, I gave him my long list of vehicles I was wanting to test. Sean was patient, courteous and extremely helpful in my search. I was appreciating that I didn't feel like I was having my time wasted at all, no wool over the eyes act like some dealers try. In the end I actually was convinced to try something that was suggested by the manager Danny Demelo. Which actually turned out to be the right vehicle for me. I was very pleased that they listened and obviously provided me with something I am loving now! However great the experience was, I do feel that my vehicle could have used a bit better of a cleaning. And maybe some small fix up. This was not enough to ever deterr me from coming back. Overall they were wonderful. And I am happy! More

Best car buying experience in 45 years ! Last week my wife and I drove from Waterloo to Gorruds of Milton. As soon as I pulled in the car lot I was amazed at the large volume of quality cars. Last week my wife and I drove from Waterloo to Gorruds of Milton. As soon as I pulled in the car lot I was amazed at the large volume of quality cars. A few moments later, Danny pulled in to the lot with a beautiful 2010 Lexus ES 350. I made arrangements with Steve and Danny to see the car earlier in the week. After driving this lexus , I knew the search was over, about thirty minutes later the deal was completed. It was the most pleasant automobile transaction ever! The price was fair and also came with a 30 day return policy plus a six month warranty. We later met Marilyne to complete the financial part of the deal and she was first class as well. I highly recommend Gorruds to anyone looking for a good used car, even if you have to drive the distance as we did, it's worth it! I will certainly return to Gorruds for my next purchase.
