Excellent customer service at Gorruds I have been looking for a used Rav4 since early summer and was able to find a 2015 XLE Rav4 on the Gorruds lot. The sales staff are all excellent, no I have been looking for a used Rav4 since early summer and was able to find a 2015 XLE Rav4 on the Gorruds lot. The sales staff are all excellent, no pressure sales, highly knowledgeable and offered many options on why I should choose the Rav vs other vehicles but also pointed out others that were suitable and offered good value. Jason and Danny were terrific in helping me with my trade in(2003 Corolla) and were very fair in their assessment. Really appreciated Jason helping me set up my bluetooth and pairing all my contacts. Also said he would check in with me in a week which was terrific. I wouldn't buy a used vehicle from anyone else. In fact my wife is looking to purchase in the new year and I will be back to Gorruds. More
