2019 Honda Pilot Touring 7P Well I have to hand it to Wheaton Honda in particular Dan(Daniel) who was able to pull some strings & get the 2019 Honda Pilot that we were looking fo Well I have to hand it to Wheaton Honda in particular Dan(Daniel) who was able to pull some strings & get the 2019 Honda Pilot that we were looking for. Even in the right colour. We did not have much time he didn't have this colour on the lot but last minute we got what we wanted. Now I don't feel I got a great deal on anything really but the experience that I had with Dan, Jona, James was a pleasant one. I was a little bit in a rush and didn't follow my own guidelines. I do realize that there may not be much wiggle room for a new model of a vehicle but for those who are reading this. Make sure things are written down on paper in front of you. All the prices & what each item actually cost. Make sure to get them to break down their dealer cost(I can't remember what they called it). It included the wheel locks and paper processing fees all in one no hidden fees thing. Which means when you get the bill of sale under "This agreement subject to the following additional provision" make sure that everything that was agreed upon & in writing at the sales desk is on this sheet. Make sure the MSRP & Freight & PDI are separated. Make sure you get the Monroney sticker etc. This is what it should look like; MSRP $xxxx Freight & PDI $xxxx Air Conditioner Fee $xxxx Tire Duty $xxxx AMVIC $xxxx All your accessories broken down per item $xxxx (running boards, interior protection, exterior protection etc) Extended Warranty (if purchased) $xxxx Dealer Cost Broken Down per item $xxxx (paper work etc) Dealer already added accessories $xxxx (block heater, locking wheel nuts, etc) Finally before you sign anything take the vehicle that you are about to purchase for a test drive!!! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** The reason for the test drive is I seem to have a steering issue with my Honda in which I now need to get looked at. Unfortunately for me I am 1500 km away from that particular dealer and 1200 km away from the closest Honda Dealer. All in all good experience. Thanks your friendly Yellowknifer. More

Wheaton Honda was by far the best dealership we visited We were looking for a new SUV and had narrowed it down to Honda and Hyundai. Wheaton Honda was suggested to me by a co-worker (after a poor experi We were looking for a new SUV and had narrowed it down to Honda and Hyundai. Wheaton Honda was suggested to me by a co-worker (after a poor experience at another Honda dealership), and even though it is on the other side of the city from me, I still took made the trek. I wasn't disappointed. Even though the salesperson recommended to me had shifted to service, his partner, Dan, was friendly, helpful and provided lots of useful information. When we decided to buy a Honda, he helped us through the purchase phase and offered a great deal for my trade-in. The CRV has exceeded expectations and we're very happy to have it now that winter has hit. More

Lost and Useless I tried to book a service appointment online twice, unsuccessfully. Called after three days and was told they'd get back to me to schedule within an h I tried to book a service appointment online twice, unsuccessfully. Called after three days and was told they'd get back to me to schedule within an hour. Six hours later I called again. The earliest I could get my car repaired (undriveable) was five days later, 9 am appointment. I dropped car off at 7:15 am, put keys in drop box, called service desk at 8:30 to double check. I came to pick the car up only to find they hadn't touched it, what a complete gong show of incompetence. Never had this trouble with former ownership. The purchase experience we had for the 3 Hondas bought at this store (thru Dan) was great..but this idiocy leaves me so angry I'll never spend a cent at Wheaton Honda again. FIVE times in succession the ball got dropped. That isn't an accident, that's an attitude that'll hurt the business. More

In December I decided to replace our old van and after doing much research I decided that I wanted to buy a Honda CRV. I sent an e-mail to Wheaton to open the discussion. After receiving a reply from Dan doing much research I decided that I wanted to buy a Honda CRV. I sent an e-mail to Wheaton to open the discussion. After receiving a reply from Daniel Macyk I knew that I found the right person to deal with. He didn't waste my time by throwing out a high price to see if I would bite. He got to a fair price right away which was much better than what the competitor offered. He made the whole buying process easy and straight forward. Recently when I needed to replace our Honda Civic which is our second vehicle I contacted Daniel directly and again we came to an agreement with very little hassle. Excellent service overall and no pressure. We wanted a small SUV that was easy on gas and safe. We do lots of research and narrowed it down based on Consumer Reports, other reviews, and test drives. We further narrowed it to the CR-V or Subaru Forrester and ultimately decided we liked the fit and finish on the Honda product better, and we hear lots of good things about the longevity--and we do tend to keep our vehicles. We are AMA members so used UNHAGGLE and I was a little concerned that the salesman might be annoyed by the whole thing, but I was wrong--the whole deal went rather smoothly and we felt very happy with the deal we made. James in Finance, was informative and helpful without seeming pushy,which we appreciate. The only reason I didn't give a 5/GREAT for quality of work is that the CR-V bundle 1 (all season mats and cargo tray) had been forgotten, so we will need to make a trip back for them tomorrow. Other than that, I think we'll be very happy with our new vehicle, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend our salesman or the dealership. More
