I had a successful and enjoyable career in the graphics industry and then the home improvement industry starting in 1981 out of College. I started with Georgetown Chevrolet in 2012 and have enjoyed every minute. I pride myself on honesty, patience and a sence of humour. The best feeling is knowing I was able to help a customer get into the right vehicle, with no pressure. I have lived in Georgetown for 18 years and have developed many customers/friends over the years. I treat my customers like family. On my off time. I enjoy golf and time with friends. Most important, are my two daughters.

When I went to Georgetown Chevrolet I was unsure what I wanted to purchase as my previous vehicle was involved in an accident which they deemed unrepairable. I was immediately greeted by a sales person an wanted to purchase as my previous vehicle was involved in an accident which they deemed unrepairable. I was immediately greeted by a sales person and when I explained I was looking for a particular sales person I had previously meet he gracefully took me to him. Upon explaining my situation to Craig about my previous truck he was compassionate to my situation and explained to me that there was no pressure to either purchase from him nor expediate any sale. He assured me that he would not be satisfied if I felt obligated in any way. I explained what I was looking for and he went to work presenting to me what they had available and if it was not to my liking he would work to find me what I would be satisfied with. With the assistance of his manager Tom they whet to work and presented me with a vehicle that I eventually purchased. I left the Dealership extremely satisfied and without feeling any pressure from either Craig or Tom. I will most definitely refer friends and family should they be looking to purchase a vehicle. Good job Craig and thank you for the stress free experience. More

Most comfortable transaction I've had. My biggest turn off when purchasing anything is always sales people who push too hard or cant take no for an answer. I went to every competitor within a two week range, and dealt with multiple salesmen and drove multiple vehicles. Every single person I dealt with was either too pushy, or too over whelming that I just wanted to leave within 10 minutes of browsing. Until....I went to the Chevy dealership in Georgetown. I was met by Craig, who from start to finish, made me feel I was behind the wheel of my decisions. He answered every question I had, and got me the best deal I could get. From the multiple test drives (5), to the options I wanted, he walked me through and was a huge help. There was zero pressure, only help and guidance with my decisions. I'm now driving my brand new Silverado, and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend if your interested in a Chevy or GMC, you pop in and have a chat with Craig.
