When I went to Georgetown Chevrolet I was unsure what I wanted to purchase as my previous vehicle was involved in an accident which they deemed unrepairable. I was immediately greeted by a sales person an wanted to purchase as my previous vehicle was involved in an accident which they deemed unrepairable. I was immediately greeted by a sales person and when I explained I was looking for a particular sales person I had previously meet he gracefully took me to him. Upon explaining my situation to Craig about my previous truck he was compassionate to my situation and explained to me that there was no pressure to either purchase from him nor expediate any sale. He assured me that he would not be satisfied if I felt obligated in any way. I explained what I was looking for and he went to work presenting to me what they had available and if it was not to my liking he would work to find me what I would be satisfied with. With the assistance of his manager Tom they whet to work and presented me with a vehicle that I eventually purchased. I left the Dealership extremely satisfied and without feeling any pressure from either Craig or Tom. I will most definitely refer friends and family should they be looking to purchase a vehicle. Good job Craig and thank you for the stress free experience. More
