Craig Harwood joined our team as a Sales & Leasing Consultant in March of 2016 after he was approached by an employee at the dealership who thought that Craig had the right stuff to thrive in the role. Since then, Craig has made it his aim to deliver a low-pressure, upbeat purchasing experience for his customers with a focus on having fun throughout the process. Craig loves his role because of the wide range of people that he gets to deal with on a day to day basis. For Craig, the happiness of each and every one of his customers is priority number one and it's what makes each day great. When he's not at work, Craig loves spending time outdoors playing golf and hockey or having fun with his dog, Cash. You might be surprised to know that Craig was a funeral director for 16 years before joining the team at Finch Chrysler! Craig has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the Sales staff here at Finch Chrysler and we are happy to have him on our team.

I'm an extremely picky customer who knew exactly what Jeep Wrangler I wanted and didn't want to wait 4 weeks for a factory one to be ready. Craig Harwood got me exactly what I wanted and all within a week. Craig is extremely friendly and always responded to my texts and calls within minutes. I will def be back with family and friends. First timer So I found myself regretting that I drive a mini van....time to downsize, summer is coming and its time! The customer service at Finch was a great exp So I found myself regretting that I drive a mini van....time to downsize, summer is coming and its time! The customer service at Finch was a great experience. Every question I had was answered, every unknown for me as this was all new, everyone was very patient and understanding, informative and so helpful finding me a vehicle I would enjoy to drive. Craig Harwood went above and beyond, taking me on several test drives making sure I found one that fit both my kids and my needs and my budget. The customer service I received was excellent, above expectation. I was nervous doing this on my own, and they all made me fell so comfortable, helped me in anyway they could, made this process go as smoothly as they could. Everyone at Finch was very friendly and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Wish I could pop in and visit, thanks guys! More
