His ability to fairly problem solve was the only reason I chose to continue the maintenance schedule here for our company. Would bring in company car for services. Oil changes seems to be the only thing this service station can handle. Scheduling is too far out for more complex work. I suggest having tiered scheduled services. When a car breaks down it’s not planned. So how is a person supposed to “schedule” maintenance. Came in for an engine coil and was told “it’s a month out to get services because we have take the engine out and diagnose.” A code reader already told me it was an engine coil after I had already changed plugs/ tune up/ wiring inspection and oil change. Went to McGrath in Chicago they took out the engine coil out like a Nintendo video game and replaced it in front of me in a few hours turn around time. Under warranty, no cost. We, as a company, decided not to purchase a Hyundai fleet solely because we could not find a reliable service station. Lastly staff inside the garage have the worst manners. Honking at me to pull into garage. Telling, not asking me, to pull away from garage when there’s a line. Sincerely, I dreaded coming to this knowing the customer service experience would have this as a part of it; Every. Time. What pulled us in, is your competitive pricing on services. Keep that up - we appreciate it!! More
