Also they started off with a high estimate, followed by an option to trade in my car, followed by an even higher estimate, when my car ended up being fixed at a very nominal amount, not thousands. There was a lot of miscommunication about what happened and who was responsible. Also tho my car was tied up for nearly a week, there was no offer of a loaner car or even where I could go for a rental.
