Carlos was great. He listened to what I needed and he found the Palisade that I was looking for. No pressure just listened and the right price too. For the service I took my palisade for a tire under the found the Palisade that I was looking for. No pressure just listened and the right price too. For the service I took my palisade for a tire under the tire and rim warranty, took 3 days to get a tire and my tire was placed wrong. The inside of the tire was in the outside. Called the next day and I was told to take it in. My tired was fixed. I am happy now. I just hope next time I have a tire problem it doesn't that long to get a tire. More

Going back to July 2016 when I did my online research and decided I was coming here to purchase a new car; Mayweather Shorter was my salesperson then- Going back to July 2016 when I did my online research and decided I was coming here to purchase a new car; Mayweather Shorter was my salesperson then-fast forward to the reason for this survey... I was bringing my car in for warranty covered service but let Mayweather know I was interested in the 2020 Sonata, Mayweather made my appointment for me to ensure he would be onsite and he did the PHOENOMANAL job I've come accustomed to and I drove away with my 2020 Sonata Limited that I absolutely LOVE! Mayweather has followed up with me and remains engaged in ensuring I understand all the awesome features of my new car (I've reached out to him with questions and he has been very responsive)... THANK YOU and know the personal attention provided is a big reason why I am a return customer as this dealership is not close to me. More
