OUTSTANDING SERVICE THE SERVICE DEPT AT FAMILY HYUNDAI IS OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY NEW TUCSON IN FOR IT'S FIRST OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME. THE STAFF WAS THE SERVICE DEPT AT FAMILY HYUNDAI IS OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY NEW TUCSON IN FOR IT'S FIRST OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME. Colin in Service EXCEEDED my Expectations I have been quite nervous to bring my car in for service with all that's been going on. From my initial phone call for an appt to my car's overall he I have been quite nervous to bring my car in for service with all that's been going on. Service during Covid-19 In spite of the pandemic, when I arrived at Family Hyundai, everyone had masks on and was social distancing. I still received excellent service and a clean car. Yes, the wait was a little longer, but with all the changes due to the current situation, I was prepared to wait. It still didn't take super long. Thank you Colin for ALWAYS taking care of me. I know I have to come back next week for something that was not originally planned with this visit, but I still expect the same service. More
