I called customer care as I was told to do from the dealership and they were just in the dark as I was. When they said they would do something it took them longer than they said without them calling me about anything. I had to make the calls after the deadline came and went. I think communication is important Wether it’s good or bad. More

I'm si use to driving in and being greeted by whomever right away. This time, I had to get out my car, walk up to the counter to be recognized. But to my surprise, Colin was there and smiled with his eyes right away. This time, I had to get out my car, walk up to the counter to be recognized. But to my surprise, Colin was there and smiled with his eyes (because he had his mask on-- much appreciated). He never fails by being patient, kind and courtesy on EVERY visit. I brought it in called me it was ready picked up snd went home. Then realized they didn’t fix the problem. Called and was told to come in and we will get you right in. Took car back waited e3 hours!!!! Not h home. Then realized they didn’t fix the problem. Called and was told to come in and we will get you right in. Took car back waited e3 hours!!!! Not happy. I have talked to Tom Salon and he explained everything to me as did Colin. They have been nothing but courteous. I guess the problem was having to leave my car and not getting a loaner. Then waiting for anyo me as did Colin. They have been nothing but courteous. I guess the problem was having to leave my car and not getting a loaner. Then waiting for anyone from Hyundai to pick me up the next day. Said would have to leave out for 24 hours. I finally got car back 32 hours later. Talked to Tom all good More
